The villa is located in Kifisia, enjoying a direct, unobstructed view towards the pine grove of Kefalari.  The residence was originally built in the 80’s and develops in three storeys : the basement, the ground floor and the first floor. The complete redesign of the villa aimed to meet the needs of a family of four, whereas particular attention was given to issues of functionality and energy efficiency. The residence was designed in such a way to make maximum use of the existing space. The ground floor accommodates activities related to day-to-day life of the family. The kitchen and the informal living room are either isolated or connected to the dining space and the living room, depending on the needs of the family, thanks to concealed, sliding partitions. This transitional zone between the two entities includes auxiliary spaces, such as the cloakroom and the guest bathroom.  The living room and the dining space enjoy large openings with views towards the east and the grove as well as the south, where the garden is situated. The wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the three bedrooms are located, all of them with en suite bathrooms. On the first floor, the spacious outdoor living room, is sheltered by a large pergola, with access both from the interior of the house as well as the exterior, thanks to an external staircase. The basement hosts all the auxiliary spaces of the house.
