The Hotel Complex in Chania draws its identity from two defining characteristics of the site: uninterrupted views towards the Cretan Sea and the natural slope of the terrain. The development follows the existing topography, allowing the individual volumes to integrate naturally into the landscape while maximizing views across the complex.
A central objective of the design was to make the horizon a constant presence throughout the guest experience rather than a feature reserved for selected spaces.

Nestled into the dramatic slopes of Kea island, overlooking the bay of Vourkari, the cave houses redefine the relationship between architecture and the natural environment. The cave houses in Kea, represent a luxurious experience, rooted in nature. A unique project, where architecture creates an immersive experience into the natural landscape. The hospitality project, an aesthetically refined complex of villas, is deeply rooted in the regional culture of the Cyclades.

On a sloping hillside of Tinos, where the Cycladic landscape is shaped by dry stone walls, stone-built “cells,” and old footpaths, a discreet vacation house in Tinos emerges. Alongside it, an independent guest suite, built into the land, completes the project. Named Emerging Landscape, the house follows the natural topography, the material character of the island, and existing landscape elements – both natural and man-made.

How do you design within an urban environment like Kifisia?
A well-established residential area defined by its strong presence of greenery, generous private gardens, and a historically shaped identity of living, where architecture negotiates a delicate balance between the city and the landscape. The residential complex is conceived as a contemporary architectural proposal that integrates into its urban context without competing with it.
